Delivery is free to relay points from 100€ of purchase in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Delivery time

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may require longer processing and shipping time. If you are in a hurry, contact us and we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible!

Returns and Exchanges

Return policy

We accept returns for reimbursement within 15 days of the date of your order. If you return your order between 15 and 29 days, a voucher will be issued. After 29 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags still attached to be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded, equal to the original shipping costs.

Free Exchanges

Exchanges are free in Belgium, France and the Netherlands via a relay point.
