Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns for refund within 15 days from the date of your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their tags still attached to be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount, corresponding to the initial shipping fee.
Free Exchanges
Exchanges are free in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Austria, via a pickup point.

Uncollected pickup point parcels
Any parcel that is not collected from a Mondial Relay pickup point will automatically be returned to the Léon Lingerie office.
In this case, you have two options:
• Request a new shipment, which will be charged at the same cost as the initial shipping.
• Request a refund, in which case €12 will be deducted. This amount covers the costs incurred, including packaging, handling, and the time required to process the shipment and return.
